Understand where your anxiety comes from. Decide what you want to experience instead. Create your path towards it.

Hi, I’m Magda. I used to struggle with anxiety, and I’m now an author and certified systemic and mental coach specialising in anxiety.

Today, I share my own journey and support you in finding yours.

Do you recognise yourself?

Have you ever wished you could simply switch off your mind?

Perhaps anxiety is already taking up more space in your life than others realise.

Since your first panic attack, you haven’t felt like yourself.

You monitor your body, search online for explanations and keep asking yourself:

Is this really just anxiety, or is something actually wrong with me?

🎭 On the outside, you’re coping. On the inside, you’re exhausted.

You take care of your work, your family and everything that needs to be done. At the same time, you are constantly thinking ahead and worrying that you might lose control precisely when others need you.

I just want to feel truly present again, instead of constantly being trapped inside my own head.

🚧 You’ve already tried so many things. Yet your life keeps getting smaller.

You understand the explanations and have tried different techniques. Yet you still avoid certain routes, journeys or situations, and increasingly feel the need to have an emergency plan.

I don’t want another technique. I want to understand why I still feel stuck.

Because you see what others show you, not necessarily what they are experiencing inside. I also continued to work, go out and smile. From the outside, no one would have imagined everything that was going on inside my head.

In my e-book, I openly share what anxiety put me through for years—including everything I never dared to say out loud.

Perhaps because most techniques primarily aim to calm anxiety when it appears. They may provide relief in the moment without necessarily helping you understand what triggers and maintains it in your own life.

My method does not promise a quick fix. It is a journey that requires time and commitment: understanding where your anxiety comes from, deciding what you want to experience instead, and gradually creating your path towards it. The aim is not simply to relieve the symptoms on the surface, but to create change that can last.

I asked myself this question for a long time. But moving forward does not necessarily mean becoming exactly the person you were before anxiety. It can also mean getting to know yourself better and building a life in which fear no longer constantly makes your decisions for you.
