These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the MSF Coaching online shop for digital products available for download.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions as they are in force at the time of purchase.

The online shop exclusively offers digital products available for download, including e-books.
No physical products are shipped.
All images and illustrations displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
The contract is concluded once the customer submits the order, completes the payment, and receives an order confirmation.
Prices may be displayed in CHF, EUR, or PLN depending on the shop settings and the visitor’s location.
The final purchase price is displayed before the order is confirmed.
MSF Coaching reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of purchase shall apply.
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received.
Once payment has been confirmed, the customer will receive a download link for the purchased e-book.
Delivery is made exclusively in digital format.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their spam or junk folder if the download email is not received.
The products sold are digital content made available immediately after purchase.
Once the download has started or the product has been made available, refunds or cancellations are no longer possible unless required by mandatory applicable law.
The purchase of an e-book grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the product.
