My Approach: The MSF Compass Method™

I believe that lasting change does not come through struggle or pressure, but through understanding.

That’s why my coaching is built around three progressive steps:

The MSF Compass Method™ was not created behind a desk. It grew out of my own journey through anxiety and panic attacks and was later enriched through my training in systemic coaching and mental coaching.

Today, it forms the foundation of all my coaching work.

In this step, we explore questions such as:

  • How can I turn new insights into lasting habits?
  • What vision do I have for my future?
  • How can I bring this vision to life, step by step?
  • How do I stay on course, even when things get difficult?

Find Clarity – Understand Yourself

Challenge

You may feel as though you’re constantly fighting against yourself. Your mind keeps imagining the worst-case scenarios. Your body reacts with a racing heart, tightness in the chest, or dizziness. Sometimes you find yourself wondering: Why does this keep happening to me?

Approach

Together, we uncover the mechanisms behind your anxiety.

You will learn to recognize your stress patterns, values, needs, and inner drivers. Step by step, you’ll begin to understand how your anxiety works – and why it doesn’t appear randomly.

Instead, you gain clarity about your reactions, discover the connections behind them, and develop a new understanding of yourself.

Build Courage to Change

Challenge

You now have a better understanding of what is happening inside you and of the patterns that have shaped your reactions so far.

But understanding alone does not create change.

In critical moments, autopilot often takes over again. Anxiety resurfaces. Old habits regain control. And even though you now understand why you react the way you do, you may still find yourself wondering:

How can I actually start responding differently?

Approach

Together, we turn your insights into concrete change.

You develop new guiding beliefs and empowering permissions, challenge outdated assumptions, and learn new ways of thinking and behaving.

Through mental training and visualization, you begin not only to understand new possibilities, but to experience them from within.
