Problem: You struggle with inner restlessness, anxiety, or paralyzing tension. Often you feel like you’re stuck in a hamster wheel: your thoughts keep spinning, your body reacts strongly – and yet you feel unable to act.
Approach: Together we look at the deeper triggers of your anxiety. You will learn simple SOS tools, understand your stress patterns more clearly, and discover what gives you stability. Step by step, you’ll organize your thoughts and reconnect with yourself.
Result: You gain clarity about your inner dynamics, recognize what throws you off balance – and find your first options for action to move through life calmer and more confidently.
9 sessions | CHF 2,430.–
Problem: Anxiety and old patterns still restrict you. You know what blocks you, but in daily life you often feel powerless or react automatically – even though you long for change.
Approach: We work on your inner drivers and create new, empowering permissions. You learn to understand and interrupt the stimulus–response chain of your anxiety. With a 30-day experiment, you practice small, courageous steps in everyday life that restore your ability to act.
Result: You feel more self-confidence, strengthen your new self-image, and experience concretely: I have influence – and I can overcome my anxiety step by step.
12 sessions | CHF 3,120.–
Problem: You’ve learned to better understand your anxiety and to take first steps – but stability still feels uncertain. You don’t just want to start change, you want to anchor it permanently and actively shape your future.
Approach: We strengthen your inner calm and your ability to self-regulate. You develop a clear vision of what your life in balance, joy, and freedom looks like – and how you can implement it step by step. In the final phase, we bring all your experiences together and create a personal plan that gives you confidence for the time after coaching.
Result: You find inner freedom, gain stability in everyday life, and move into your future with a clear vision – strengthened, confident, and self-determined.

I offer coaching packages, because real change requires time and continuity:
6 sessions: CHF 1,650.– (≈ CHF 275/session)
9 sessions: CHF 2,430.– (≈ CHF 270/session)
12 sessions: CHF 3,120.– (≈ CHF 260/session)
For clients who wish to continue after completing a package, an individual session costs CHF 250.–/h.
Each session usually lasts 75–90 minutes and takes place online or in person (Zurich area) – you decide.
Coaching is future-oriented. We don’t analyze your past, but instead focus together on what you need today to feel safer, freer, and calmer. It does not replace psychotherapy, but it can be a wonderful complement to it.
